Đêm Gala Dinner tri ân khách hàng vào ngày 29/9 tại trung tâm hội nghị Gem Center TP HCM với sự góp mặt của nhiều ca sĩ nổi tiếng cùng chương trình bốc thăm trúng quà tặng may mắn với các giải bằng tiền mặt từ 40 triệu đến 190 triệu đồng và giải đặc biệt là một xe ôtô Mazda 3 Sedan 1.5 trị giá 728 triệu đồng. |
Theo đó, trong thời gian tới, chủ đầu tư sẽ tiếp tục tổ chức nhiều buổi gặp mặt, thảo luận với những người đã mua căn hộ Sarimi nhằm đưa ra những ý kiến đóng góp trong quá trình thi công và hoàn thiện công trình. Một ban đại diện sẽ được lập ra để thay mặt cư dân giám sát dự án, trao đổi thống nhất các giải pháp quản trị tòa nhà mà Công ty quản lý Savills sẽ đảm nhận, kể cả giai đoạn năm đầu tiên đưa vào vận hành mà Công ty Đại Quang Minh tài trợ chi phí.
“Dù mới tham gia thị trường địa ốc nhưng chúng tôi đã nỗ lực làm việc với các đơn vị tư vấn, nhà thầu để hoàn thiện các sản phẩm có kiến trúc hài hòa, công năng hợp lý, tạo ra một môi trường sống sinh thái, văn minh trong một đô thị cao cấp với đầy đủ dịch vụ, thương mại, du lịch nhằm góp phần phát triển kinh tế của thành phố”, đại diện Công ty Đại Quang Minh chia sẻ.

Sala là khu đô thị đầu tiên trong khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm, TP HCM có quy mô 106ha, được quy hoạch đồng bộ với đầy đủ dịch vụ giáo dục, y tế, thương mại. Sarimi là khu căn hộ thấp tầng hiện đại, theo tiêu chuẩn mới nhất về căn hộ cao cấp của khu đô thị Sala. Dự án tọa lạc trong khuôn viên rộng 15.368m2 dọc công viên nước trên tuyến đường Bắc Nam giao với Đại lộ Mai Chí Thọ và tiếp giáp với các tuyến phố thương mại sầm uất.
Hiện tại chủ đầu tư thi công các căn hộ hoàn thiện tại một tầng điển hình trên công trường Sarimi. Vào đầu tháng 11, Công ty Đại Quang Minh sẽ mời khách hàng tham quan để xem xét góp ý nhằm đáp ứng những yêu cầu tăng thêm của từng người mua.
Vào cuối tháng 4/2015, Công ty Đại Quang Minh cũng được TP HCM chấp thuận đầu tư vùng châu thổ phía Nam trong khu đô thị mới Thủ Thiêm có quy mô diện tích 150,25ha theo hình thức BT, bọc quanh khu đô thị Sala. Trong đó khu lâm viên sinh thái thuộc vùng châu thổ có diện tích 128ha, có chức năng công cộng để người dân có thể vào tham quan, vui chơi miễn phí. Noi đây là vùng ngập nước tự nhiên được hình thành từ mạng lưới kênh rạch và hồ kết hợp với thảm thực vật rất đa dạng.
Công ty Đại Quang Minh đang lên ý tưởng thiết kế các tuyến du lịch vòng quanh khu lâm viên sinh thái kết nối các khu tiện ích vùng châu thổ như khu resort nghỉ dưỡng sinh thái, công viên nước vui chơi giải trí và viện nghiên cứu vùng châu thổ với trục thương mại của khu đô thị Sala nhưng vẫn đảm bảo sự riêng tư và yên tĩnh cho các khu ở cao cấp nơi đây.
